**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the quality of data within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) database.
- Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) processes, standards, and methodologies for the ITAM process in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define testing objectives for processes and deliverables.
- Review and analyze process specifications and their impact through a CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) lens and analysis.
- Create and update detailed process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs) with steps, and screenshots to ensure accurate capture of asset attributes.
- Establish a list of milestones, checkpoints, and measurable criteria to assess the quality of ITAM operations.
- Provide inputs to ensure adherence to the SAMA (Security, Availability, Maintainability, and Accountability) framework.
- Develop maker-checker templates across roles for the processes indicated in the Asset Management procedure.
- Sample records to check the quality of asset records, verifying accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.
- Provide structured written feedback to ITAM officers.
- Ensure resource training and implement suitable measures to assess output quality. Mentor officers on best practices to improve work, tool usage, and process elements.
- Responsible for timely tracking of asset ingress, egress, and movement through ANB. Ensure handoffs are recorded promptly, and reports are up to date and reliable.
- Identify improvement areas, articulate impact, and drive process improvements in discussions with ANB stakeholders.
- Support audit requirements from the operations side.
- Support the operations of new Asset Management initiatives. Provide actual audit observations remediation and consulting and advisory support as a Change Order.
- Implement ManageEngine workflows and modules for ITAM.
- Manage the design, configuration, and setup of various components of Hardware and Software Asset Management in line with ANB’s requirements.
- Support the integration of ITAM modules with other modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration, and Finance systems at ANB.
- Business as usual development for the ITAM module.
- User configuration, profile configuration, Configuration Item (CI) configuration/changes.
- Organize ITAM thresholds and manage them based on evolving business requirements.
- Create alert thresholds for quality management based on asset count, alarms, etc.
- Trigger periodic archival/repatriation of ITAM data from ManageEngine.
- Discuss feature enhancements with ANB stakeholders like notifications, approval workflows, and triggered data consumption.
- Act as a Maker-Checker for the Quality Role to ensure timely and accurate input into the ITAM database.
