- Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Liaise with Department Heads to proactively identify requirements
- Process Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
- Order products and supplies which include determining the appropriate vendor
- Managing the procurement of goods, services and food & beverage products
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure timely payment to vendors and service providers
- Make logístical arrangements pertaining to delivery of goods the as required
- Create and maintain electronic and hard copy systems for relevant documentation
- Reviewing, comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchased
- Preparing cost analyses and reports and assist with budgets
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures

Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the Company

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Procurement Coordinator, Purchasing Officer, Logistics Coordinator, or Administrator**

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software**

**Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language**

**Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment**

**Ability to work well under pressure and multitask**

**Knowledge of Riyadh market will be advantageous**

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Procurement Officer: 4 years (required)

License/Certification:

- GCC Driver License (required)
