**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies that align with the organization's objectives
- Lead efforts to establish supplier partnerships to drive cost savings, reduce lead times, and improve product quality and delivery
- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, quoting, contracting, purchasing, and payment reconciliation
- Manage all procurement contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers, monitoring supplier performance metrics to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery schedules
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Provide support and guidance to procurement team members, monitoring performance and providing feedback as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management
- Demonstrated track record of achieving cost savings and driving vendor management programs
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.
