MOZN are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior FP&A Manager to help lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function in a fast-growing AI tech development and solutions environment. This role will be the key finance partner to business-line leaders, providing actionable insights and driving financial performance across the company. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic planning to support data-driven decision-making.
**Requirements**:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecast processes.
- Develop and enhance financial models to support growth, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
- Own P&L management, cash flow analysis, and scenario planning to guide strategic decision-making.
Business Partnership & Decision Support
- Work closely with business-line leaders to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Provide insightful financial reporting, dashboards, and analysis to support commercial decisions.
- Identify risks and opportunities, proactively recommending actions to optimize profitability.
Financial Reporting & Insights
- Develop and automate key performance metrics and financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial analysis to support executive leadership and board reporting.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, leveraging tools and automation to enhance efficiency.
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and mentor a small team of FP&A specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration, ensuring finance is a trusted strategic partner.
- Drive process improvements and best practices in FP&A to scale with the company’s growth.
**Benefits**
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in a high-growth tech company, SaaS, or digital business preferred.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and data visualization skills.
- Proven ability to partner with executives and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
