This strategic position will play a critical role in shaping financial strategies while ensuring the effective management of financial risks and opportunities across our projects.
As the Senior Director, you will lead a team of financial analysts, driving the development of comprehensive financial analyses and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes. Your expertise will be vital in evaluating project feasibility, performance metrics, and long-term financial planning.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the financial analysis function, ensuring high-quality assessments that inform strategic business decisions.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance overall profitability.
- Lead the preparation of advanced financial models to analyze potential investments and project performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant financial data and ensure comprehensive assessments.
- Produce detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial insights and strategic recommendations.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred)
- A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, financial management, or related fields
- Proven experience in leading financial analysis functions and managing teams
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, investment analysis, and valuation techniques
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored for various stakeholders
- Expertise in financial software and advanced Excel is essential
