**Job Overview**:
- ** Works directly with clients to provide value added input, to develop business opportunities that will lead to additional starbursts and to deliver projects built around strategic issues.**:
- ** Has responsibility for ensuring delivery of high levels of client satisfaction.**:
- ** Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets.**:
**Essential Functions**:
- ** Primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value.**:
- ** Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issues.**:
- ** Responsible for significant and tangible client impact from all engagements.**:
- ** Seeks out and identifies new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients - ensures a continuous flow of business from client engagements.**:
- ** Takes lead role in proposal development to ensure actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to clients.**:
- ** Manages client interface and ensures project team achieves efficient and effective project delivery.**:
- ** Oversee the successful delivery of projects which might include multiple projects at the same time while leading a team of 5-7 consultants across levels.**:
- ** Identifies issues of importance to the industry/clients and works with CoE Leaders and/or Geographic to develop tangible and commercial offerings**:
- ** Contributes to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA in the market place, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc.**:
- ** Manage project budget and reporting on project cost.**:
**Qualifications**:
- ** Bachelor's Degree is a must. Master of Science and/or MBA is a preference.**:
- ** English speaker. Arabic and/or French is considered a plus.**:
- ** Prior experience with management consulting on the agency side.**:
- ** Has extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and an existing network with multinational and regional companies.**:
- ** Requires deep expertise in at least one of the following areas of Life Sciences**:
- ** Marketing**:

- ** Market Access**:
- ** Strategy & planning**:
- ** Possesses exemplary business development skills.**:
- ** Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals**:

- ** Ability to drive significant business results to contribute to the growth of the Life Sciences consulting business**:
- ** Confident to lead multi-resources engagements and multiple engagements at the same time**:
- ** Excellent writing, communicating, presenting and facilitating for all level of audience**:
- ** Able to provide direction, coaching and guidance to junior resources**:
- ** Excellent interpersonal and networking skills**:
- ** Passionate about Healthcare and Life Sciences with high level of energy, drive and enthusiasm**:
- ** Flexibility to travel and work away from the base office location as per project requirements**:
