**Job Purpose**:
The role holder is responsible for providing back-office operational support to investment management in public and private
equity coverage.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Ensure all investment operations are carried on appropriately and cost-effectively.

Support in preparing portfolio appraisals for private equity funds, real estate funds, and equity

portfolios; properly account for accruals, market values, cash, accounts receivable, liabilities,

subscriptions, and commissions.

Ensure fees are appropriately assessed; ensure corporate actions are adequately reflected in

account data; and provide custodian data, manager data, and Almojel data are reconciled.

Maintain all static data on the system and simultaneously maintain the filing of those details

where necessary to facilitate proper reporting to the internal audits.

Communicate with custodians, banks, brokers, and vendors to resolve issues related to daily

processes, data delivery, trade settlement, etc.

Perform all other business-related duties as required by the Head of Investments.

**Self-Management Responsibilities**:
Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the

reporting manager to ensure that the required training is arranged and attended.

Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through

continued education and professional growth

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field.

**Professional Certifications**:
CFA

**Years of Experience**:
At least two years of relevant work experience in investment management.
