As an **HR Consultant** is a professional who provides expert advice and solutions to organizations to help them manage their workforce more effectively to support our esteemed clients in optimizing talent, improving HR policies, and aligning workforce strategies with business goals.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Designing or improving HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Creating or updating employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Developing recruitment strategies.
- Creating performance management systems.
- Supporting succession planning and leadership development.
- Designing and delivering training programs.
- Advising on conflict resolution, employee morale, and workplace culture.
- Supporting employee retention strategies.
- Advising on competitive benefits packages.
- working with a diverse portfolio of clients and industries.
- Supporting job analysis and developing structured job descriptions.

**Knowlage, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
- 8+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on consulting or strategic HR roles.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing client needs.
- Hands on experience with human resource software programs (ATS, Payroll etc.)
- Hands on experience with preparing business plans
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management and organizational development expertise.
- Professional certifications such as **SHRM-CP/SCP**, **PHR/SPHR**, or equivalent are highly desirable.
