We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator with a focus on administration to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our projects, ensuring efficient operations and smooth execution of client deliverables.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of prospect and project-related materials, such as proposals, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Maintain project documentation and files, including organizing and updating project folders, tracking project milestones, and archiving project materials upon completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of project activities, deadlines, and resources.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Management team, including organizing team meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and managing office supplies and equipment.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a project-based environment or within a consulting firm.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and design software (InDesign, Illustrator)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
