We are on the hunt for a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in analyzing business trends, providing actionable insights, and recommending process improvements. As a Business Analyst at AZM Solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping the decision-making process and supporting our continuous growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, data mining, and business intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Translate business needs to technical specifications for IT implementations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive change and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience with BI tools and data analytics software is a plus.
