National qc Inspector

**Role Accountablities**:

- Witnesses and sentences all site inspections within their disciplines.
- Coordinates all site inspections with the site subcontractors/Engineers.
- Ensures all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspections being undertaken.
- Reviews all inspection reports for compliance.
- Assists the site QC Manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the Quality system.
- Liaises with the site construction Engineers and provides assistance when required.
- Prepares NCR reports to the QA Manager and assists in developing corrective actions.
- Attends the weekly QC meetings and raises unresolved issues.
- Completes QC site instructions and coordinates their closure, in addition to reviewing the inspection test packages during the course of Construction activities.
- Provides supervision, guidance, and technical support to QA/QC Inspectors and Site Engineers on a periodical basis to meet quality objectives.
- Reviews work procedure and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations.
- Shall be accountable for determining, Implementing and continuous monitoring of QHSE and asset management system aspects in his activities and areas of work.
- Proactively approaches for implementing QHSE and asset management procedures & guidelines.
- Reports All QHSE & asset management incidents immediately and takes necessary precautions to avoid reoccurrence.
- Assists the site team/subcontractors in the resolution of Drawing interpretation. Coordinates with site Engineers and Site subcontractors to ensure that communication exists and is maintained.

**Role Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Professional Engineering Diploma.
- 3-5 years of experience in QA & QC fields in the construction domain.
- Exposure to site or plant inspection criteria and checklists.
- Analytical analysis skills and high initiative are required for the role holder.
