Job Purpose:
To achieve acquisition targets by expanding and managing Umrahbookings inventory of hotels in Makkah and Madinah, securing competitive rates and availability to meet company objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Contracting in Makkah and Madinah:
- Identify, negotiate, and finalize contracts with a diverse range of hotels in Makkah and Madinah to expand Umrahbookings inventory.
- Ensure contracted hotels meet quality standards and align with the company's strategic goals.
Rate and Availability Negotiation:
- Secure competitive rates, special offers, allocations, and added-value deals to provide the best options for our partners.
- Negotiate favorable terms to increase booking volumes in Makkah and Madinah.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners in Makkah and Madinah through regular communication and visits.
- Address and resolve any service level or standard issues promptly to maintain high-quality offerings.
Performance Analysis:
- Regularly analyze sales performance and market trends in Makkah and Madinah to identify growth opportunities or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure maximum profitability and appropriate pricing strategies.
Internal Communication:
- Provide relevant destination information, including peak dates and events in Makkah and Madinah, to internal teams.
- Assist hotel partners with tools and procedures, offering demonstrations and support as needed.
Compliance and Safety:
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure all reports are completed and current for hotels in Makkah and Madinah.
Key Measures:
- Achievement of acquisition targets and company performance objectives.
- Timely and high-quality completion of contracting tasks.
- Positive performance appraisals and feedback from partners.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
Qualifications & Knowledge:
- Strong negotiation skills; proactive, dynamic, and a team player.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners.
- Experience in contracting within the tourism industry, preferably with existing relationships in Makkah and Madinah.
Experience, Skills, and Behavioral Requirements:
- High accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and effective time management.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
