Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Development and coordination of the NEOM Cranage / Vertical transport Requirements.
- Communicate company core values to project lifting team and supply chains
- Overseeing the development and implementation of all cranage / vertical transport strategies on NEOM.
- Monitoring the performance of all contractors on NEOM regarding cranage and vertical lifting operations.
- Providing guidance and steerage regarding lifting operations and challenges to identify optimum solutions to all stakeholders on NEOM.
- Build and maintain relationships with supply chains.
- Establish an onsite training for all lifting operatives to maintain a high level of safety standards.
- Manage / oversee and coordinate various lifting teams' tasks and activities.
- Establish a policy / Safe system of work of best practice regarding cranage and lifting operations.
- Further specifics will be developed upon appointment based on site specific requirements

**Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor Degree or relevant experience.
- Minimum 20 years of working similar experience in high rise projects.
- Ability to adapt to new situations and to react objectively and expeditiously to critical and emergency construction operation engineering problems
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Computer literate.

**Minimum Clearance Required to Start**:
Not Applicable/None
