**Key Accountabilities**:

- Oversee the entire execution phase of civil projects from start to finish.
- Manage project scheduling and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor budget and ensure project costs remain within allocated funds.
- Review design documents and ensure their compliance with construction practices.
- Coordinate between different departments (design, procurement, etc.) and subcontractors.
