**Main Responsibilities in Marketing Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and participate in promotional events and conferences, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
- Assist in creating high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to develop lead-generation strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including graphic designers, printers, and advertising agencies, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage reports, including monthly reports, POs (purchase orders), financial documentation, and other necessary records to support marketing operations.
**Essential Requirements for a Marketing Coordinator**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create compelling content.
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
**Preferred Experience and Skills in Marketing**:
- Experience in content creation and copywriting, particularly within the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance.
- Proven ability to work independently while also excelling as part of a collaborative team.
