**You Will**:

- Own the **end-to-end recruiting lifecycle** for a variety of professional services roles across the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend the technical specifications, team synergies, and business objectives pertinent to manufacturing operations roles.
- Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with the U.S. Talent Acquisition team and global stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and job fairs to expand our network and talent pool.

**You Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Proven success recruiting for **corporate/professional** roles such as finance, legal, HR, operations, or consulting.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
- Proven record of accomplishment of successfully recruiting complex technical professionals, including roles such as process engineers, automation specialists, and quality control experts.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of professional services functions and the ability to evaluate complex role requirements.
- Proficiency in conducting technical interviews and assessments.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), **Greenhouse preferred** or other recruitment software.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced startup** environment, effectively managing a high-volume requisition load while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Elevated level of energy, enthusiasm, and collaborative mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
