**Accountant (To be base in Saudi Arabia)**

**Summary of the role**

This incumbent will be required to set up finance operation for a newly incorporated company in Saudi Arabia and responsible for day-to-day finance operation and full set of accounts in Saudi Arabia. He/She needs to follow up closely with operations on any outstanding items. Monthly, the incumbent will need to prepare management reports, explaining variances from budget. He/She will also need to work closely with Singapore Finance Team.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Process AP invoices and payment.
- Monitor cash balances in bank and ensure sufficient fund for operation.
- Handle AR invoicing and collection.
- Handle day-to-day of finance operation and full set of accounts.
- Prepare account schedules.
- Prepare for VAT report and submission.
- Liaise with internal & external parties (e.g. Group Finance, Bankers, Auditors & etc)
- Prepare costing report and liaise with operations to ensure project profitability.
- Work closely with Saudi Team and Singapore Finance Team to support operations.
- Ad hoc assignment assigned.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience especially in Marine Industry (Project base).
- Experience in full set of accounts.
- Proficient in MS office, especially in MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
