Job Summary:
The Financial Manager, Branch or Department will oversee and lead financial activities of workers in the assigned branch/department.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: _
- Plans, leads, and supervises the activities of workers in the branch or department.
- Provides on-the-job training and guidance as needed.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Gathers and analyzes data as needed to monitor and improve the current and future financial status of the branch/department.
- Analyzes market conditions through the review of securities transactions and price lists.
- Reviews financial reporting structures, accounting procedures, and investment activities; recommends improvements to procedural, operational, and financial controls.
- Drafts operational and risk reports for management analysis.
- Facilitates risk management and insurance programs to minimize risks and losses.
- Manages the flow of cash and financial instruments.
- Develops and oversees procedures to safeguard assets, records, and loan collateral and securities.
- Reviews collection reports to determine the status and outstanding amounts of collections; refers delinquent accounts to appropriate agencies or attorneys.
- Prepares and presents financial and other related reports as required by company policy, local, state, and/or federal laws and regulations.
- Plans and prepares branch/department budgets.
- Participates in networking events and opportunities to locate and recruit new business.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and clients, assisting them when needed.
- Gathers, prepares, and provides financial information to stockholders and other investors; assists with efforts to raise additional capital.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Thorough understanding of the laws, regulations, and policies that govern the financial and banking industry.
- Ability to review and analyze financial documents and reports and to identify trends, risks, weaknesses, and other pertinent information.
- Excellent management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use sound judgment to make decisions in line with company goals.
- Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required; Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience as Finance manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
