**About the Job**

**Position Overview**:
The Finance and Accounts Officer at **Corporate Research and Investigations Limited** will be pivotal in overseeing and managing the financial health and integrity of the company and its subsidiaries, including the **ABAC Center of Excellence Limited**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Position holder will be responsible for**:

- Financial planning, development, and implementation of effective and efficient Financial Control, Policies, and procedures.
- Preparation of periodical funds flow statements, budgets, sales forecast, business plans.
- Preparation of invoices on monthly basis and submission to the clients.
- Providing sales report and receivable report on monthly basis to CEO.
- Preparation of payroll on monthly basis.
- Preparing a payable schedule on monthly basis for payment.
- Communicating, coordinating and supervising the External Audit of Financial statements of the organization with external auditors.
- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
- Ensuring that accounting records and reports are in compliance with regulations and policies.
- Overlooking branch accounting & bookkeeping for CRI Limited and other regions.
- Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff.
- Reviewing the preparation of Expense report on monthly basis.
- Arranging financial audits and reviews as require
- Helping in reducing operational costs by negotiating for better terms with suppliers with proper plaining.
- Overlooking office maintenance involving maintaining facilities and equipment i.e. to maintain equipment, assets etc. and recommend replacement when necessary.
- Administering the filing for office.
- Responsibilities and duties of the position holder can be modified according to the needs and requirements of the Company and work.
- Following current and prospective ISO Standards, policies and procedures.
- Carrying out any other task and assignment given by the management.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
- Providing administrative support and managing their queries.
- Managing office stock, preparing regular reports i.e. expense and office budgets.
- Organizing company records.
- Recording sales receipts and deposit incoming cash and checks.
- Managing accounts teams across the region and present monthly financial report of all region to Group CEO.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA would be highly desirable.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a similar finance/accounting role, preferably in a corporate environment or for a business with multiple subsidiaries in KSA and UAE.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong background in payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial control systems.
- Experience in managing audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Demonstrated success in cost management, including vendor negotiations and cost-reduction strategies.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems).
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and international financial standards (e.g., IFRS).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling).
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow statements, and budgets.
