WSP Middle East are seeking for a Construction Supervision Director (Project Director) to join our team in Al Ula, KSA for a prestigious high-end luxury hospitality project.
- Lead the project supervision teams to ensure that the supervision scope is fully executed and deliverables are submitted on schedule and meet Client expectations.
- Forge strong Client relationships. Ensure the needs and expectations of the clients are exceeded on a regular basis.
- Continually look to elevate the “WSP brand” and differentiate WSP from its competitors in the way we work, our use of technology and our overall Client experience we offer.
- Hold an unwavering appetite for quality across all we do. The service we provide, the Client interactions, the teams we build, and construction works we supervise.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule while meeting Client requirements and business objectives.
- Ensure that the terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes by effectively delivering project objectives.
- When required, operate as the PD and manage the project teams including architects, engineers and consultants, construction managers.
- Responsible for the overall technical performance on the project
- Ensure robust project plans and forecasts are produced and regularly updated.
- 20+ years’ experience in leading construction supervision of multi-disciplinary projects.
- Working for an international consultancy for 20+ years and over 5 years of experience in the Middle East.
- A degree in a discipline suited to the work to be delivered, with the ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our Construction Supervision projects.Proven experience in managing large-scale tunnelling and hospitality projects, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects involved.
