As a Sr Products Specialist at Adree, you will be at the forefront of product management, driving the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of our product portfolio. Your expertise will guide the development and enhancement of products that align with both customer demands and business objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

- Conducting advanced market analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements to existing products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product specifications, working closely with engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring products meet customer needs and quality standards.
- Working closely with product managers to define product vision and strategy, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Assessing product performance metrics and utilizing data-driven insights to inform enhancements and drive adoption.
- Acting as a product champion, advocating for customer needs and representing the voice of the customer in all product discussions.
- Preparing detailed product documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and training materials.
- Facilitating product training sessions for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and product positioning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering).
- 4+ years of experience in product management or product specialist roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, product development, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members is a plus.
- Passion for technology and a strong understanding of industry trends.
