Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Riyadh. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities include implementing strategies for effective employer branding, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Sourcing candidates for a wide range of roles.
- Expertise in Conducting Interviews, Assessing Candidates, and Matching them to job requirements.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and implementing initiatives to enhance brand reputation in the talent market.
- Experience in Recruiting and Hiring processes, including onboarding new hires.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software is advantageous.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good commination in English & Arabic.
