**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures
- Ensure all amenities are replenished and room setups meet guest expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Ensure trolleys, equipment, and supplies are clean and properly stored
- Assist with special cleaning tasks as assigned (deep cleaning, turndown service, etc.)
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while interacting with guests
- Support the housekeeping team in ensuring overall hotel cleanliness

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- **High school diploma** or equivalent academic qualification
- Minimum **2+ years of experience** in a similar role within the **luxury hotel industry**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Good physical stamina and ability to manage repetitive tasks
- **Proficiency in English** is required; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
