**Your day to day**

As part of our Housekeeping team, your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and good order of all rooms to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests to enjoy. You will handle any guest queries in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Some of your day to day tasks include;
- Attending to guest requests.
- Reporting any maintenance concerns.
- Service and deep cleaning of rooms in line with brand standards.
- Assisting the wider Housekeeping Team as needed.
- Working with a range of chemicals.
- Monitoring and controlling supplies and amenities to minimise wastage.
