1. **Project Planning and Design**:

- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.
- Develop project scopes and budgets.
- Create detailed designs and drawings using CAD software.
- Determine construction methods and materials needed.

2. **Construction Oversight**:

- Supervise construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.

3. **Site Inspection and Evaluation**:

- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct quality control assessments.

4. **Environmental Assessment**:

- Evaluate the impact of projects on the environment.
- Develop strategies to minimize environmental harm and ensure sustainability.

5. **Risk Assessment and Management**:

- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with projects.
- Develop risk mitigation plans.

6. **Budgeting and Cost Estimation**:

- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure projects remain within budget constraints.

7. **Project Documentation**:

- Prepare reports, drawings, and documentation for regulatory and compliance purposes.
- Maintain records of project progress, materials used, and costs.

8. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

9. **Research and Innovation**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Research new materials and methods to improve efficiency and sustainability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Some positions may require a Master’s degree, especially for specialized roles or advancement.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one, which requires passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and the Professional Engineering (PE) exam.
- Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and design (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methods.
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to perform calculations for structural analysis, hydraulics, and geotechnical analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant computer software for project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
- 5 years of Experience in the same field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
- Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations and codes related to civil engineering projects.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, methods, and industry trends.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
- Commitment to safety and quality in engineering practice.
- Must be Located in Riyadh
- Must have valid transferrable iqama

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
