JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Manager (DB) to join their team in managing logistics for theme parks and residential projects in Saudi Arabia. This specialized role involves ensuring that all logistics operations efficiently support the execution of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and coordination of resources. **Responsibilities** - Champions "Safety First" value, specifically confident in enacting ‘Stop Work’ authority, engage in relevant health/safety/wellbeing standards and behaviors. - Demonstrates positive leadership behaviors, in line with the Company Values, at all times. - Manages, coaches and mentors’ junior staff to successfully contribute to the department deliverables. - Works proactively with District/Project Leadership and teams to implement and deliver assets in line with Logistic policies, procedures and guidelines. - Implements construction logistics strategy and plans in the projects within the role holder’s portfolio. - Supports, when required, site inductions and Induction record keeping. - Monitors a schedule of logistics meetings in line with Project Execution Plan. - Plans and monitors program and activities for Logistics services/providers and Supervision Consultants, liaising with commercial team. - Maintains a detailed understanding of the procurement and commercial processes to support Delivery. - Ensures method statements, risk assessments and lifting plans are produced by relevant parties and appropriate for the operation, in line with process. - Ensures the Contractor Produced Plan for roads has the appropriate site signage applied in line with national and corporate standards. - Ensures all planned works are in line with required Permitting procedures and assists in planning implementation. - Ensures all equipment is inspected, maintained, and tested to agreed frequencies and maintaining an asset register of all equipment. (where applicable). - Monitors Construction logistic volumes are in accordance with Contractor planning. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project or Construction Management (preferred) - Relevant Construction Logistics experience - Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential (CIOB / CMILT). - 10 min years’ relevant Construction Logistics experience - Extensive experience in managing on site, construction project logistics or other logistic operations with significant responsibility. Experience in the region desirable. - Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements. - Effectively manages and prioritizes workload and delivers to tight deadlines. - Demonstrates strong written and verbal skills in English. - Demonstrate proficient use of enterprise-level management software, such as Aconex, Delivery Management systems, Microsoft Office. - Managing a team to deliver results in line with objectives and KPI’s. - Leverage existing relationships to identify and develop relationships and provide strategic input to maximize project outcomes. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Analytical and thorough, problem-solving ability - Ability to negotiate and influence effectively with internal teams and external partners/vendors/suppliers.
