**Job Purpose**:
To ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance at all First Gas Company operations, in full alignment with **Saudi Aramco’s Loss Prevention Department (LPD) requirements**. The Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and enhancing a proactive HSE system, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees, contractors, and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure **full compliance with Saudi Aramco’s General Instructions (GI), Safety Procedures, and Environmental Regulations**, including GI-0006.011 (Contractor Safety Management) and GI-0006.012 (Incident Reporting and Investigation).
- Implement Aramco-approved safety policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with ISO 45001 and applicable local legislation.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), and ensure implementation of control measures.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of a Safety Management System (SMS) that aligns with Aramco’s requirements.

**2. Supervision and Training**
- Supervise the HSE team across all First Gas projects and ensure all activities are conducted safely.
- Plan and conduct Aramco-compliant safety inductions and training for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Liaise with Saudi Aramco's LPD and Safety Representatives during audits, inspections, and meetings.
- Certify that all employees and contractors are competent and possess valid Aramco-approved safety training (e.g., Work Permit Receiver, Confined Space Entry, Scaffolding Inspector).

**3. Inspections and Audits**
- Lead regular internal safety audits, walkthroughs, and inspections at project sites.
- Prepare and submit audit reports, hazard logs, and inspection findings to Aramco and First Gas management.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively and on time.

**4. Incident Management**
- Respond promptly to safety incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and lead investigations in accordance with GI-0006.012.
- Prepare and submit incident reports to Aramco and First Gas management within the required timeframes.
- Promote and track proactive safety reporting systems (Near Miss, Unsafe Conditions, Unsafe Acts).

**5. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain all HSE documentation as per Aramco standards, including safety plans, training records, toolbox talks, and incident reports.
- Generate and analyze KPIs such as TRIR, LTIFR, and Safety Observation Reports.
- Submit monthly and quarterly HSE performance reports to senior management and Aramco LPD.

**6. Emergency Preparedness**
- Develop and test emergency response plans (ERP), fire drills, evacuation plans in line with Aramco Fire Protection Department standards.
- Coordinate with Civil Defense and Aramco Fire Protection where applicable.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- **NEBOSH IGC or equivalent** mandatory; NEBOSH Diploma or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor is a strong plus.
- **Minimum 10 years** of relevant HSE experience in oil & gas or utility sectors, with at least **5 years in KSA working on Aramco projects**.
- Must have valid **Aramco Work Permit Receiver certification**, or equivalent Aramco-recognized safety certifications.
- Experience with construction, commissioning, and operation phases in the gas distribution or energy sector.
- Proficient in English and Arabic communication.

- Valid Aramco Safety Passport
- Approved Work Permit Receiver (WPR)
- H2S, Confined Space, and Fire Watch Certifications
- Aramco-compliant Safety Induction completed

**Working Conditions**:

- Based in Saudi Arabia, with frequent site visits to First Gas project locations.
- Must be flexible with work hours and emergency call-outs.
- Will work in both office and field environments, including exposure to high-risk areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
