**Job Description Summary**: Account Director accountable for the Power Transmission (PT) Business Line order intake, margin and cash in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The role will drive customer relationship and commercial strategy for all the product lines of the PT business line and report to the Region Commercial Leader.

In line with Saudization requirements preference will be given to qualified Saudi nationals

This is a key leadership role and will involve key metrics such as:

- Own and nurture customer delight for key accounts such as SEC, ARAMCO, EWA, SWCC
- Create and deploy sales strategy to meet customer needs ahead of the competition. Drive business development across the portfolio for higher volume while maintaining overall margin for the region as per the Op Plan
- Define the strategy for negotiation of winning offers
- Provide proposal team with market intelligence
- Support the negotiation of an offer
- Ensure rigor and lead monthly reviews, maintain data quality, assist in market assessment
- Assist the product lines to develop long term product strategy with market intelligence inputs
- Support win / loss analysis for key deals for continuous improvement of our solutions/ customer approach.
- Comply with the Policy 5.0, EHS rules, and all other work instructions and processes applicable to the business. Drive strong integrity and compliance culture within the organization

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in an industrial environment with at least 5 years in similar industry in a customer facing role.
- Familiarity with End Users and / or EPC contractors in KSA and Bahrain
- Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice
- Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurship
- Ability to adopt to a multi-language and multi-cultural environment

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Have experience in dealing with customers at senior levels within a business
- Strong business acumen, leadership, and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
