InnovationTeam is a leading technology solutions provider that delivers innovative and customized solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions for our clients. This includes understanding client requirements, assessing the feasibility of different approaches, and guiding the development team throughout the implementation process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Design and architect technical solutions that align with the clients' objectives.
- Assess the feasibility and viability of different solution approaches.
- Create technical specifications, diagrams, and documentation.
- Guide and collaborate with development teams to implement the solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of the delivered solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Total of 12+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices.
