**Overview**

As the Operations Manager Legend World Rent a car in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rent-a-car business. You will lead a team, manage our vehicle fleet, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining a high level of motivation and engagement.

**Fleet Management**: Oversee the maintenance, allocation, and utilization of our vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are in excellent condition and available for rent as per demand.

**Process Optimization**: Continuously assess and improve operational processes, including reservations, vehicle check-in/out procedures, and maintenance workflows.

**Customer Service Excellence**: Maintain and enhance the quality of customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

**Quality Control**: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and reliability of all rental vehicles.

**Supply Chain Management**: Manage vehicle procurement, coordinate deliveries, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of a diverse and up-to-date fleet.

**Budget Management**: Assist in budget development, monitor operational expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to ensure financial efficiency.

**Staff Development**: Recruit, train, and develop operations staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring a high-performing team.

**Reporting and Analysis**: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.

**Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national regulations governing the car rental industry in KSA.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within the car rental industry.
- Strong knowledge of car rental software and reservation systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
