**Main tasks**:

- Create different types of segments with clear objectives (conversion, engagement, retention, acquisition, etc)
- A/B test different communications, journeys, segments, etc to take decisions based on data
- Build a proper onboarding journey to be able to convert users to customers
- Do plans of all customers acquisition & retention
- Work on users creating & automating users journeys
- Work on all CLV plans, execution, optimization & reporting
- Acquire accurate information and convey this back to the business, which will be subsequently used for improvement of CRM initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance,
- 3 - 5 years of experience in CRM marketing in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting.
- Proven experience in basic set-ups and development of e-commerce CRM programs and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease, be self-motivated and proactive, have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, have critical attention to detail
- Be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects, and have creative problem-solving skills.
