**Responsibilities**:

- Representing clients in construction arbitration proceedings
- Conducting legal research and analysis on construction law issues
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Advising clients on construction contract disputes and arbitration strategies
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop case strategies
- Participating in client meetings, hearings, and negotiations
- Managing case files and ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Lawyer with experience in construction arbitration
- Expertise in handling complex construction disputes and arbitrations
- Strong understanding of construction law and arbitration procedures
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not required
