Duties & responsibilities:

- **Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to manage logistics operations effectively.**

**Inventory Management**:

- **Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize shortages.**:

- **Conduct regular inventory checks and update records accurately.**

**Transportation Management**:

- **Oversee the scheduling and tracking of shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.**:

- **Resolve transportation-related issues, such as delays or damaged goods, promptly.**

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- **Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.**:

- **Generate reports to evaluate logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.**

**Compliance and Safety**:

- **Ensure all logistics activities comply with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies.**:

- **Develop and enforce procedures to secure goods during transportation and storage.**

**Problem-Solving and Optimization**:

- **Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and implement corrective measures.**:

- **Collaborate with teams to optimize costs and improve logistics workflows.**

**Supplier and Stakeholder Communication**:

- **Maintain effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.**:

- **Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for logistics services.**

Minimum level of Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 3 years (required)
