Sales Executive – Logistics

Riyadh / Jeddah / Dammam – Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the logistics sector. In this role, you will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our logistics solutions across the market. You will focus on understanding customer needs and positioning the right services to deliver value and ensure client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to the company's commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Collaborate with Operations, CS, and Finance to ensure excellent service delivery
- Track sales performance and submit regular performance reports
- Stay updated on logistics regulations, standards, and industry trends
- Support marketing activities and campaigns when needed
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven sales experience in Logistics / Supply Chain (minimum 2+ years)
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with problem solving skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Knowledge of customs clearance, freight forwarding, warehousing is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
