- **Lead team to implement change.**:

- **Ensure that all food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures are being followed in the different bars.**:

- **Manage cost and quality controls.**:

- **Manage crisis situations.**:

- **Manage customer service.**:

- **Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all equipment maintenance.**:

- **Manage training.**:

- **Educates our customers on our products, history and brand.**
- **Follows and implements all company regulations.**
- **Provides outstanding customer service.**
- **Ensures that all his team had god knowledge of our products and their production method.**
- **Never stops learning and expanding his knowledge on coffee, tea and all bar products and new trends.**
- **Increases sales and performs upselling and cross selling.**
- **Maintains the high quality of service and products as expected by B Hospitality and Bafarat cafe.**
- **Follows all Company drink recipes and procedures.**
- **Reports all customer complaints to the shift leader.**
- **Responds to any guest inquiries concerning our products, history and brand**
- **Maintains efficient, friendly service standards and demonstrates such standards when training other team members.**
- **Restocks all bar amenities as required.**
- **Is responsible to maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene at all times.**
- **Maintains all back of the house areas involving bar operations clean and tidy and properly stocked.**
- **Informs the shift leader of any operational issues.**

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
