**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for aligned business goals
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed
- Previous experience as a **Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team toward sales targets
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Must be available for **immediate joining**:
