The PMO Expert supports the RCRC Programs and Projects Management (PPM) Sector by delivering hands-on assistance in project management, governance, excellence practices, risk management, and process improvement
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Assist project teams with developing project management plans, templates, and related documentation to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of PMO governance frameworks, reporting processes, and project control mechanisms.
- Support the definition and tracking of project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Help prepare dashboards, progress reports, and performance analyses to provide visibility to senior management and stakeholders.
- contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and excellence programs aimed at enhancing project delivery standards across the PPM sector.
- Review existing PMO processes and procedures, providing recommendations for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with best practices.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in technical roles on mega-scale projects.
- Strong track record in delivering projects in a fast-moving and challenging environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
