**Who You Are**

You are an experienced Senior Configuration Specialist with a strong understanding of capital projects and project controls. You want to join a small, collaborative team that applies Enstoa's innovative and flexible project delivery approach. This is a dynamic position where you will leverage your strong understanding of document management, information management, business process, and project controls to assist with the planning and execution of full-cycle design, configuration, implementation, testing, training, and support of complex technology. You will work with a team focused on improving and executing capital and facilities project delivery. You must be a keen, logically minded learner and problem solver and must have the aptitude to translate user and business needs into action.

**What You'll Do**

As part of Digital Solutions, you will work with a client-facing team in a fast-paced environment, with a current focus on the Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Energy & Resources & Utilities industries. As a Senior Configuration Specialist, you will help organizations to transfer their digital strategy to manage their capital projects, facilities, and assets. You will evaluate organizations systems and data and design, configure and develop the appropriate systems for implementation and integration. Your responsibilities will include managing various aspects of consulting engagements, including participating in workshop interviews, data collection, system design recommendations, configuration, and implementation. You will report to the Digital Solutions Team Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and assess client policies and procedures, processes, work flows, controls, organizational frameworks, roles and responsibilities, reports, and technology tools, systems and templates, to design and configure PMIS solutions based on leading industry practices
- Design, configure and implement PMIS solutions based on Oracle Aconex ecosystem
- Design and configure solutions that are simple to use to ensure end-user adoption while considering the impact on support and training
- Develop technical documentation, such as solution designs, as-builts, test scripts, etc.
- Assist with the development of integration and migration plans
- Manage the execution of UAT and obtain final sign off from clients
- Solve problems and execute on implementation deliverables with mínimal instruction
- Manage and mentor a team of technical delivery resources in the implementation or enhancement of Oracle Aconex
- Act as a Solution Owner for client engagements around the implementation or enhancement of Oracle Aconex
- Assist the Team with the development of strategy to meet client-specific goals
- Work with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to manage client expectations, scope, and schedule
- Escalate any issues promptly to project leadership
- Closely collaborate with our development teams to build the best product possible

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Document Management solutions
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing, configuring, implementing and administrating project information management software including Oracle Aconex
- Solid understanding of project management, project controls, construction, and engineering processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project, Visio and PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills to work with a complex user base
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Located anywhere worldwide with ability to work Middle East work days and client hours
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly

**Desirables (nice to have's)**
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, BI Publisher).
- Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., PMI, PMP, Oracle Aconex Solution Engineer Specialist, Aconex Certified Specialist, etc.)
- Experience with implementation and deployment of other project management software platforms such as Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, Enablon, Procore, Autodesk ACC, PMWeb, etc.
- Ability to demo solutions to clients.
