**What will be your mission?**

The mission of the Commercial Agent is to provide our customers with a transparent, frictionless car buying/selling experience. Transforming the way people buy and sell pre-owned cars in Saudi Arabia

**What you'll do**
- Connect on all commercial support channels (calls, chats, etc.)
- Be the first point of contact for customers looking to buy/sell a car.
- Optimise the information provided to qualify a customer.
- Understand the needs of the client and advise them until they complete their customer journey
- Explain Kavak's value proposition

**Who you are**
- 1 year+ experience in a Customer Service role in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and Comfortable on the phone
- Good communication skills
- Organised and Responsible
- Knowledge or interest in cars (not necessary but good to have)
- Perfect English
- Fluency in Arabic
