Boeing Indirect Supply Chain Organization is looking for** Procurement Agent** to join their International team present across all locations. This position will be based out of **Riyadh - Saudi Arabia**. The individual will focus on supporting the Boeing International Enterprise Services and other Business Units; Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Boeing Defense and Boeing Global Services in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey Regions. As per business needs/requirements, this position would support other International regions also. This position will work on all the Indirect Commodities like; Facilities, Maintenance Repair & Operations, Purchase/Professional Services, Contract Labor, Information Technology & Data Analytics etc. The position demands for 100% onsite, but in emergency situations can work from home with approvals from the Reporting Manager.

**This is a fixed term contract for 6 months from commencement date.**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Negotiates and contracts for products, services and technologies.
- Engages stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Manages supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
- Mitigates risks and issues.
- Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.
- Leads the negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions with full competency for English contracts. Assists with implementation of contracts in the region originating from the United States.
- Prepares, develops and executes sourcing strategies that result in year-over-year cost savings to Boeing.
- Engages with the cross functional teams to resolve supplier performance issues and support development of strategic supplier solutions.
- Leads or participates in supply chain process improvement initiatives to identify and implement improvement opportunities and strategies in the region.
- Works with internal customers to formalize procurement requirements and identify potential suppliers.
- Prepares Requests for Information (RFI)/ Requests for Quotation (RFQ)/ Request for Proposals (RFP) and other required bidding documents and manages end to end RFI to RFP process.
- Drafts agreements using approved terms and conditions templates, and works collaboratively with the Boeing internal and supplier’s legal and other support functions.
- Leads proposal analyses and develops negotiation strategies.
- Leads the supplier negotiation process and negotiates all elements of the contract.
- Ensures compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements and contract management piece.
- Contributes to fulfilling customer and program strategic requirements.
- Leads suppliers and stakeholders in the development of Risks, Issues and Opportunities management plans.
- Participates in cross functional teams to deploy improved processes, systems and tools.
- Leads project and procurement strategy reviews.
- Provides market and peer benchmarking insight and actionable data to integrate into current and future contracting and supply base strategies.
- Manages and analyses supplier performance and leads supplier performance business reviews.
- Provides direction to suppliers to improve performance and ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Manages supplier import and export regulatory requirements.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Fluency in both English and Arabic; Reading, Writing & Speaking, as this position would require translation expertise; English to Arabic and vice versa of contracts on need basis
- 5+ years’ experience in Indirect Sourcing and Supply Chain, with well-known product based manufacturing company and office setup
- 5+ years’ experience of managing Facilities, Maintenance Repair & Operations, Purchase/Professional Services, Contract Labor, Information Technology & Data Analytics commodities.

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Supply Chain Certification/ Diploma/ Masters

**Typical Education/Experience**:
Bachelor's degree or diploma and typically 5 or more years' experience in the field.
