Extensive rounded Experience in managing/operating automotive spare parts logistics centers, distribution networks, replenishment processes. in a distributed setup (Experience must not be only with one company)
Grounds-up Experience (started in lower ranks and grew upwards)
Automotive Spare Parts Experience
Logistics 3PL Background v/s Automotive
Experience in operating Multi user 3PL environments
Experience in Distribution & Transportation Management
Has dealt with multiple brands across different setups
Extensive Experience in leading the Deployment of Technology and Warehouse Management Systems in similar environments & complexity
Track record in turning around/Transforming Operations & Optimization
Strong Inventory Control knowhow
Setting up and Managing Operational KPIs
Supply Chain Optimization Experience
Business Skills
Sound Presentation Skills
