Administrative Coordinator
to support our internal processes, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain the backbone systems that keep our teams running efficiently.
Position Overview
The
Administrative Coordinator
will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the office team. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain team calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and inventory management
- Support HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding
- Arrange travel bookings, transportation, and logistics when required
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and overall readiness
- Provide general support to the management team as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
