**Purpose of the Role**:
Data analysts transform numbers and data into information that can be used to track business. Data analysts use data analysis to produce accessible graphs, charts, tables, and reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
- Collect, organize, and analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including databases, surveys, and other sources
- Provide technical expertise to ensure quality and accuracy of data
- Analyze data to answer key stakeholder questions, with an eye on business drivers, and investigate and communicate areas of improvement in efficiency and productivity
- Establish key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Develop and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, for taking important decisions based on various facts and trends
- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
- Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets

**Qualifications and Experience Levels**:

- Minimum 5+ experience in related field
- Bachelor and professional BI and data analytics qualification
