Job Responsibilities:.
Perform an initial review of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents to establish the scope of work, the Tender schedule and the composition of the Tender team.
Managing, Training and Developing of Tendering Department Team.
Full Knowledge of Construction Industry Criteria and Tendering related department’s action partners.
Full Knowledge of all the requirements needed to develop detailed unit cost with detailed take-off class 1 estimation level.
Plan tender reviews and submittal deadlines according to the Customer procedures and requirements.
Managing Tendering Cost estimation works as per Total Cost Information System Management Module.
Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase is considered and made available to all Tender team members.
Maintain accurate records and files of all the tender data (i.e. correspondence, quotations, internal input, etc.).
Liaise with all tender team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and the commercial strategy as defined Company Strategic Plan.
Professional knowledge, practice and implementation of TIMBERLINE® SoftwareQualifications/Skills:.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: 10+ years in tendering, estimating, or bid management roles within the construction sector.
Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge: Familiarity with construction codes, industry standards, and regulations in KSA.
Language: Proficiency in English.
