Role Purpose:
This role requires a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools, along with a thorough understanding of business processes. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support decision-making, improve performance, and drive business insights.

Key Accountabilities:

- Reporting and Improvement;
- Provide regular updates and reports(Daily, Monthly, Yearly) on appointment schedules and utilization
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in appointment planning
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to appointment planning and management
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
