Summary:
The Data & Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting procurement and supply chain functions through accurate data management, performance reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves maintaining structured records, supporting post-award activities, tracking commitments, monitoring milestones, driving process improvements, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies within large development programs.

Job Responsibility:

- Support procurement and supply chain functions through accurate data management and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and clear communication.
- Maintain structured and audit-ready records for post-award activities and tracking commitments.
- Monitor procurement milestones and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support automation initiatives to streamline processes within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies related to procurement and supply chain operations.
- 5-8 years of experience in supporting procurement and supply chain functions.
- Proven track record of maintaining structured and audit-ready records.
- Experience in supporting post-award activities and tracking commitments.
- Ability to drive process improvements and support automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and policies related to procurement.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple procurement packages simultaneously.
- Precision, structured execution, and the ability to work at a specialist level in a dynamic environment.

**Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, MIS, or Data Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA
- Excellent communication abilities in Arabic and English
- Ability to manage complex data sets
- Experience in developing impactful dashboards
- Ensuring governance and accuracy in procurement and financial environments

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, MIS, or Data Analytics
