Madison Pearl is working with a leading bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeking an Advisor to the CEO to join their executive leadership team. This is a transformative, high-impact role that offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a market leader within the financial services sector. As the **Advisor to the CEO**, you will:

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the bank’s strategic vision.
- Lead the Strategy, Enterprise, and Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) functions.
- Drive large-scale transformation projects across the bank.
- Align enterprise-wide initiatives with the bank’s long-term goals.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to oversee complex projects and foster innovation at the highest levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning and Execution**
- Develop and implement actionable strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

**Leadership and Governance**
- Oversee Strategy, Enterprise, and EPMO functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive accountability across the bank.

**Enterprise Portfolio Management**
- Lead the EPMO, prioritizing and delivering key initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO on portfolio performance.

**Transformation and Change Management**
- Drive adoption of large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**
- Establish and track KPIs to measure success.
- Present comprehensive progress reports to the CEO and board.

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 15+ years in strategic planning, transformation, or a similar leadership role within the banking sector.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives and managing EPMO functions.
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and banking regulations.
