- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication to address interdependencies, resolve issues, and maximize the impact of operational initiatives
- Implement robust change management processes to support the adoption of new operational workflows, systems, and technologies within the Saudi Arabian and GCC teams
- Provide data-driven reporting and performance tracking to the CEO and leadership team, highlighting key milestones, metrics, and areas for improvement
- Continuously review and refine the PMO's operating model to enhance its responsiveness and value-add to the overall business

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree
- CME1 Certification
- Solid Experience in Project Management
- 5 - 7 years of experiencein a similar role
- Arabic and English languages are required
