As a Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the reporting processes of the company and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports to internal stakeholders and external clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and make strategic decisions to enhance the reporting capabilities of JASARA PMC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of reporting professionals to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports
- Develop and implement reporting procedures and standards to improve efficiency and data integrity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and provide meaningful insights and analytics
- Prepare and deliver reports to senior management and external clients, highlighting key findings and trends
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry reporting standards
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in reporting techniques and tools

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency in reporting tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience in the construction or project management industry is a plus
