Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Reporting Manager **to join our team In this role you will be **responsible for delivering the required reporting for the project and accountable for ensuring reports are produced in full coordination with the client and with delivery partners.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Supports the development and implementation Standard operating procedures for the reporting aspects of the program as directed by the Senior Reporting Manager and the Sector Director.
- Provides guidance and support to the reporting specialists concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
- Supports the facilitation of forming partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for reporting among our team (including subcontractors).
- Responsible for external reporting, including all major contracts.
- Responsible for working closely with the client and delivery partners to ensure best for program reporting decisions.
- Reports reporting challenges and issues to the Senior Director and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
- Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments as directed by the Senior Director.
- Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals, takes corrective action as necessary.
- Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- 4-year Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field from a recognized institution/ university.
- 15+ years of related experience in reporting of major capital works.
- Good written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
- Sound understanding and appreciation of controls and/or reporting in complex mega projects, adhering to strict client standards and best practice.
- Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
- Demonstrated teamwork, management skills and business judgment.
- Technical Skills required:

- Power BI Intermediate User.
- Microsoft Excel Intermediate User.
- Strong business acumen.
- Artistic acumen in dashboard presentations.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Ability to work in teams. Ability to organize and follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Stadium experience or experience in large-scale public venues is preferred due to the specialized nature of such projects.
